Hope, Connection, and Support Under One Roof.
The Community Resource Collective exists to strengthen Pontiac’s support ecosystem by uniting peer‑led, person‑centered support, and accessibility to recovery, mental health, food security, and housing services. Guided by lived experience and evidence‑informed practice, we create a welcoming, substance‑free environment that strengthens connection, expands opportunity, and ensure individuals and families can navigate challenges with dignity and hope.
Our mission is to make recovery possible for everyone by serving as a trusted front door to hope, healing, and opportunity in our community.
Peer recovery coaching offers compassionate, lived‑experience support that helps individuals build confidence, find stability, and move forward with clarity and hope.
Recovery support offers steady encouragement, real connection, and guidance from people who truly understand the journey.
Community resources connect people with practical support — from basic needs to local services — making it easier to find stability with help from a trusted team.
Health & wellness is all about accessible, judgment‑free support that helps people strengthen their mind, body, and daily stability.
Life skills support helps people build everyday confidence through practical tools for planning, communication, and problem‑solving.
A warm, substance‑free environment shaped by peer wisdom, lived experience, and genuine care—somewhere you can breathe, settle, and know you’re not navigating your challenges alone.
A place where people come together to learn, build confidence, and strengthen their voices, creating pathways for real change.
It’s a space where knowledge becomes power, stories shape progress, and the community grows stronger from the inside out.
People are met by peers who have walked similar paths and can offer guidance that feels real, relatable, and grounded in compassion. It’s a space where conversations are honest, encouragement is steady, and every step forward is celebrated.
We are here to close gaps, build trust, and create a place where hope is visible and connection is real. Together, we’re building a future where every person – especially those most vulnerable – has access to the support they need, without barriers, without judgment, and without having to navigate the journey alone.
